Leegomery Pool

Mr C inadvertently placed an order that was due for delivery on Saturday when he would not be available to receive delivery. The email advising the delivery slot arrived too late for me to go on my planned visit to Attingham Park to see the bluebell display. I had to be at home to receive the ’signed for’ delivery.

I had enough time for a local walk in the glorious sunshine. The walk took in one of my favourite local places, Leegomery Pool. The pool area is currently having its pathways repaired and this has resulted in part of the pool being drained of water. It being a Saturday meant there was no construction activity going on, allowing me to get close to the (fenced off) drained area of the pool.

Much later, after Mr C returned home, we were able to enjoy ‘Fine Dining’ on the patio for the first time this year.

There are four things I love in life – beaches, espresso, dry white wine and fine dining on the patio :) Plus the grandchildren, of course!

  2. I hope you get to Attingham for the bluebells. I’m overdue for a trip there.
