Lazy Sunday
I had a very relaxing day yesterday pottering around the countryside. The weather was glorious and surprisingly for a bank holiday it seemed quite quiet. I took in the mere at Ellesmere, Whittington Castle and Chirk aqueduct.

Chatsworth – The Cascade
This cascade which was built for the 1st Duke of Devonshire is spectacular. A sign by the side of the temple at the top of the cascade provides some interesting information about both the cascade and the garden’s water features:
