Weight Loss – Week SixI am still on the downward trend, I lost 1lb again this week. Now I am back to the weight I was when I decided I needed to lose weight last time (many years ago), so I suppose that is another goal achieved for me.

In other good news, when I got home there was answer machine message from Weight Watchers customer services about my Points Pedometer.

Following the Points Pedometer mix up, I called customer services and they promised to post a brand new pedometer along with a returns envelope for the one sent to me in error. I waited and waited and nothing happened…

A couple of days ago I eventually got time to phone back to see what the score was.  I explained the problem, the details were taken and I was told to expect a phone call from the appropriate department, hence the message on the answer phone.  There was an apology and a promise that a new one will be despatched to me, so watch this space…

    As I’m a person who is struggling with losing weight I’m happy for you. Keep up the good wok. I’ve lost a kilo and a half so I’m now down to my previous world record weight !!! It’s not easy is it?

      Thanks Ginnie :-) I was only going to do an occasional post so that I didn’t bore people to death with my weight loss. But everyone seemed really interested so I decided to make it a regular feature :-)

      I loved the pedometer, it was set to my weight and walking stride and told me when I had walked enough in a day to be healthy. If I walked over and above that it gave me bonus points, which I never used. But it was a good indicator of how active I should be in relation to my food intake.
