Slowly but steady… I lost 0.5lb today :-)   I am looking forward to the secret that will be revealed to me soon, it will give me a new boost!

    Ah! This is the first week I’ve beaten you! I managed to lose the pound I put on last week and another half! Feeling very pleased with myself (but I’m still way behind you on the overall weight loss).

      Well done :-) As long as the trend is downwards it doesn’t matter how long it takes. As Andrew said it is much better to lose it slowly.

    I’ve just looked at your chart again as it looks a bit cleared than usual. 9st 8.2lbs???!!! Will you have to sit on your kitchen scales to weigh the 0.2lb? ;-)
    I don’t think my bathroom ones have the capacity for that!

      I am not sure why it added the .2 . I have changed over my membership details so I will have to do a different sort of graph next week because it doesn’t let you put back information into the new one.

      It would probably be an amusing sight to see me balancing on the kitchen scales.
