There has been a bit of a technical hitch with my blog hosts causing my site along with many others to be offline for several hours. The tech guys have been working flat out to get it resolved and here I am with a little bit of colouring that that I did last year. I used watercolor pencils but did not apply water to blend.
So sorry about the “offline” hitch, Cherry, but YAY for the coloring!!! I’m not familiar with watercolor pencils (or gel pens, for that matter). Hmmmm. There’s always something new to try.
I actually prefer the waxy pencils they are so lovely to work with giving soft or vibrant colours. The water colour pencils take a bit of working with if you are not going to add water to blend them.

When you can’t access your PC sites it’s, to me, like losing a hand…
Love your colouring in, such delicate shades, all my favourite colours.
I must get myself a colouring book and some pencils, it looks like a relaxing pastime, which I sure need at present !
Have you any plans to visit Crookham again ? It seems that the sisters that have taken over are doig quite well. We may venture back to Northumberland again, there’s still lots to do and see,

I wasn’t too stressed with my site being down on this occasion. There were regular updates on the situation and how it was progressing.
Colouring is relaxing, just choose a book that will allow you to colour without thinking too much about the picture.
We have not been back to Crookham, and currently we do not plan to. We did visit that part of Northumberland last year and after a short stay in a hotel just outside Newcastle we stayed in a small B&B in Alnwick. Whilst we were there we met Leona and Toby for an evening meal. It was lovely to see them again
Hopefully we will be able to meet up with them again soon.
