love should not be like clay where oxygen doesn’t find way and plant do not grow in such unhealthy mud.
love must be like a sole where each substance in in balance and oxygen finds it’s way to make it’s inner environment perfectly healthy for growth .

Marriage under God is the joining of Two into One. They are in a Bond. They do drink from the same cup of their Marriage Relationship. They do not have to be ‘alone’ as so encouraged by a poetic but heathen writer. Let us not be seduced by fancy words. Prophet, he ain’t.
Kahlil Gibran was not a heathen he was a Christian, although he was influenced by other ideas due to his place of birth. He was a poetical writer and an artist.
He was not a prophet but his best known work is called ‘The Prophet’ it is a treatise on life and the human condition.
It is my understanding that the Marriage of Two people under God is a pathway to help each other to find and know God and drink from His cup (and know his Grace). Of course I could be quite wrong in my thinking…

It was very nice bubbly, we left it chilling in a cool corner of the hotel room whilst we went out for the afternoon. When we got back it was chilled to perfection
I sure your love for each other is not just for one day of the year. If buying flowers, I’d wait until l the day after when the prices dropped again
Although not just one day of the year it is always nice to acknowledge the day in some way
It doesn’t have to be expensive.
Maybe a card sprinkled with a few confetti hearts (left over from a wedding) placed on a computer keyboard overnight… It is the little unexpected things that make a difference

We did celebrate in style although Mr C was under the weather, so it was rather brief. I am sure we will make up for it when he if fully recovered.
