As you walk, you simply walk. Don’t go ahead, don’t jump here and there. Mind always go ahead or lag behind. Remain with the moment.

    Memories of walks you have done are always good to revisit in the mind. I always re-walk any paths I love before going to sleep – usually I fall asleep before getting to the end!

  2. There have been a lot of such walks lately, in these sometimes troubled moments. The walks have always led to a better part of the day.
