  Someone has knitted and stuffed a bird (there were two of them) and placed them on the tree.
  
  It is not quite yarn bombing or woolen woods. But they made me smile

We have just a tad bit more snow than this, Cherry, but not much. It sure has made for some nice walks for you, too, I see.

  This was a good walk. The snow was fluffy enough for it not to be slippy! I had to watch out for ice underneath in some places though.

    I think he migrates from Apley Pool to Leegomery Pool and back. I am not sure if he has been to Canada

  I think he was enjoying himself. On the last walk where there was ice here one of the geese fell through the ice, then got rather manic as he swam to break the ice around the small hole that he had fallen in.

walk looks serene and filled with spectacular sights ,specially that water

  I love water; lakes, rivers, ponds, sea etc They have a special magic about them
