Are those birds sitting on solid ice? Does that damage their little bodirs?
They are standing and walking on the ice. Parts of the pond are not frozen but they still choose to stand on the ice.
In these pictures they are walking and flying towards someone who is laying down bird food.
That is very well done, Cherie. It’s not always easy to keep on target when you don’t feel like going out and walking. Will you take the challenge in 2023?
There have been a lot of days in latter part of the year when I have not felt like going out for a walk. My total was boosted for the longer challenges I undertook in spring and summer. It balanced out overall.
Yes, I will be taking the challenge in 2023.
