Today is ANZAC Day… the shops are closed and the dawn services are over.
Lest we forget.
It is nice that the shops close to show respect.
a fine post with excellent photos, CP. a wise decision on the protection of this place and i really like the herd of deer.
It is always a treat to see the dear whilst walking in Attingham Park.
wow sounds like a unique and beautiful park full of unique intriguing trees and creatures ,tree does look like quite old indeed

650 years old is a venerable age for a tree
I love the weeping willows – such reflective trees – and the gnarly tree trunk
It is a fantastic old tree
Lovely selection of photographs and very nice to see the herd of deer.
All the best Jan
Thank you
