It took a little bit longer that I hoped but I have recently completed my latest walking challenge.

King Charles III’s coronation will take place on Saturday 6 May 2023 at Westminster Abbey in London. During the ceremony, the King will be crowned alongside Camilla, the Queen Consort.

In celebration we have this special 62km challenge, King Charles III is the 62nd British monarch  to serve,

  3. Congrats! Thankfully, it was 62 km, not 62 miles.
    But how come it’s metric, not imperial?
    Now, that’s very un-British. ;)

      I had intended to double it and walk 80 miles for the challenge. But without my computer and other restricting factors I dedided it was best to stick with the actual challenge length :-)

      I have not been so diligent with them this year for various reasons. I am getting back into them slowly and I am sure I will catch up with my main walking challenge soon.

    i try to hit my annual mileage targets on my bicycle but it has been a slow trajectory this year!
