I took time out of my busy schedule to enjoy a relaxing drive through the Shropshire and Welsh countryside in order to visit Powis Castle.  The lower state rooms are decked out in the style of an Edwardian Christmas:

I took advantage of the glorious sunny weather and took a Sunday afternoon stroll in Attingham Park.  I did of course have a little bit of lunch in the coach house cafe before setting off on my favourite walk;-)
