Apologies to anyone who got the above message when trying to access my blog earlier today. Once again the server was down due to circumstances beyond my control and all my sites were unavailable.
I have also managed to miss my book group yet again. Although not the same as discussing it I will review the book here instead.
On the plus side (or is that the minus side) my diet is going well
