The bluebells are a little late in flowering this year, so I am not able to present you with a very blue carpet of colour from my recent visit. But here as promised are the bluebells from my visit to Chirk Castle.

Bluebells, love ‘em. Thanks, CP!
I am glad you enjoyed the view
Such a beautiful gorgeous sight to behold. Lucky you for seeing them all.
I hope to go out and find some more before the season is over.
Finally got to Cliveden today and just as you say the Bluebells are all behind.
Mind you this is better than missing them and we can go out again next weekend.
You will be pleased to know those pesky tulips were out in all their glory at Cliveden.
I felt cheated though…….there were only 9, 996.
Watch tomorrow’s space.
I am looking forward to seeing those long awaited Tulips You didn’t stop to count them all did you???
They are always a wonderful sight Cherie
It is one of my favourite sights
that third picture is interesting – alternate trees and saplings
I was trying to avoid the people towards the bottom of the shot, but it was impossible!
Love bluebells.
I am hoping to capture some more
You kept us all waiting and looking out for them, CP. Well worth the wait.
I was giving you all the grand tour I wonder what I should post next…
Ah, bluebells!!
Lovely photos, CherryPie.
Ahh! Bluebells indeed
Your photos are so crystal clear, very pretty. As I have never seen them I have to ask do they have a perfume? I can almost imagine smelling them just from looking at these photos
I need to go and seek an opinion on the smell. I have no sense of smell and there is no-one here to ask at the moment. I will get back to you on that one.
Hello, Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Yes I do see we like many of the same things. You have a lot of great info on your blog. I will be back to read more in the future.
I really enjoyed my visit to your blog and I will be following your journeys there
Bluebells and a bumble bee. Gorgeous, Cherie!
Thank you I thought the bee looked rather cute, he was playing hard to get though…
bluebells are beautiful…… the ones we saw over the weekend were just about over
I thought all the bluebells were late this year… The ones here certainly were and I am holding out to be able to see some more on the late May holiday.
The last photo is marvellous. I hope nobody is allowed to walk on that field between trees…although I would be very tempted!
Nobody was walking in amongst the flowers. But if you look closely at the bottom of the photo you can see people walking on the grassy area.
