Weight Loss PostsToday has been one of those days…

On the way to work this morning I needed to pick up a couple of parcels from the local post office.  This proved difficult because the town civic offices and library are currently being regenerated which meant that getting into town and parking up was a nightmare.  There were roadworks, council vans and cars all over the place but I did manage to find a car parking space eventually.

I retrieved my parcels and made my way back to the car, where I looked in my bag to get my access passes out ready to show at the gate on the way into work. I couldn’t find my vehicle pass, which I suspected I had accidentally removed from my bag along with couple of books I had put on the bed before I left the house.

Now I was in a dilemma… If I called back at the house to get the pass I would be late for work. If I went straight to the office I didn’t (still don’t) know what the policy is if you don’t have one of your passes with you. Which meant I would be late for work due to filling out paperwork or being turned away because I didn’t have my credentials with me. I elected to call home and collect my pass and was just a few minutes late. I am not sure if I was missed ;-)

One of the first things I tried to do at work required a password change which proved complicated and involved a call to the help desk for a password reset. Later in the day the same site refused to accept my new password and I had to get it reset yet again…

Fast forward to a few minutes ago when I tried to access the weight watchers site to update my graph for this post, I got the same run around routine. The site not recognising the password, user name, email etc. I hope you will understand then why there is no graph tonight. Hopefully normal service will be resumed ASAP.

Just in case you were wondering I lost 1lb tonight, which makes up for last week :-)

  2. You’ve got to gain a little, lose a litle,
    That’s the story of life.
Hence, I’m not on any diet anymore. ;)
Isn’t this like the yin and yang? Ha!

Yes everything has to be in balance :-) Positive and negative the yin and the yang.

I just need to lose a few more pounds and then I think I will be happy with the balance ;-)
