Wall Walk to the Minster

The past couple of weeks have been a bit hectic.  Last weekend I spent Saturday in London, an annual trip arranged by a former colleague. This was followed by a long round trip into Yorkshire on Sunday to help relocate someone at short notice.  This weekend I spent in York with family and a good (but tiring) time was had by all.  Normally I would say that tomorrow I am going back to work for a rest, but I am currently in the process of learning a new job…

I have just finished editing and sorting my photos from my weekend away.  So watch this space for more about my two busy weekends ;-)

  1. Wow you have a hectic lifestyle. York is always worth the visit!

I would like less hectic lifestyle so I can gather my thoughts and think and slow life down…

York is a lovely city to visit, it is also a lovely base to visit further afield.

Anyone travelling in her/his spare time here and there voluntary, and speaking of ‘a bit hectic’ makes me smile.

The weekend away and the trip to London were very enjoyable. I could have done without the long round trip though, unfortunately that one wasn’t voluntary ;-)

This is when I feel lucky that I’m retired, Cherry! I can’t imagine processing all my pictures after such trips and still going to work every day! Lots of success to you in your new job.
