Why did the goose cross the road?
It seems these geese were looking for somewhere to drink…

Nobody’s going to mess with those mean ducks! Have a great weekend
Mean birds
I hope you have a great weekend too.
Splendid photos! Those ducks are so fearless, and sure of their rights to be. It looks like they own the road.
It seems that way…
The road was very very busy until the geese stepped out onto the road. Suddenly there wasn’t a car in sight!!
… and look at the leaves – as if they were goo- or geesiesh footprints.
Now you mention it, they do look like footprints…
Spooky!!!
Interesting photographic captures! Love how in the first two shots, they look like they’re doing a very disciplined “crocodile” walk.
They do look like they are in march formation.
The one on the left (right from the viewers point of view) in the second picture just wants a shawl and a shopping basket to make her the ogiginal Mother Goose.
Yes mother goose. But she did also remind me of Jemima Puddle Duck
They look like they know where they are going and no one will get in there way. Determination.
They were geese on a mission!!
Great series for the theme! I learned to respect geese very early in my life
wet
Thanks Mar
Ha ha, these are great. Those people in the first shot look like professional goose greeters. I’m glad they made it across the road safely.
They responded to me comment… Oh Look!
Great pictures and it made me smile, we have a group of at least 15 geese crossing the street every day a few times, it is a busy street and nobody dares to even honk the horn to make them move faster…
It is a pain in the b*** . Sometimes in summer at 6.15A, they cross the street while I am on my way to work (by car)…..
Thanks for the smile.
Have a great weekend.
It is nice to see you again
I can just imagine the scene of 15 geese crossing the road and how much of a pain that would be when you are on your way to work! The sort of thing that would annoy the hell out of me, first thing in the morning
I hope you and Ginnie are having a lovely weekend
I hope they didn’t run after one of those walking the streets!
I didn’t stop to see what they got up to after crossing the road
Looks like someone enjoy there walk. Mine is up and the coffee is on.
They seemed to be geese with a purpose.
oh lol. Lovely pics.
Glad you like them
Goose-stepping to German camp.
I think there was a military establishment in the direction they were waking…
