    Yes indeed, many absolutely stunning pictures in this series.

    My daughter is in York this weekend and is talking of visiting some “old Viking place”. Do you know what that is?

    She did the railway museum today. Walls too I think, and probably Minster.

    I’ve never been , but must go.

      I am glad you enjoyed my holiday journey, it has taken some time ;-)

      The “old viking place” sounds like your daughter might be visiting the Yorvik Centre. It is very interesting, although a little brief. It was somewhere I went on my visit although I didn’t take any photos of it.

      You should go, there is lots of interesting things to see and explore.

    I am impressed by your attention to detail. Personally I must confess that I may have missed these three opportunities. It is a lesson for me to be more observant.
