Arches, arches everywhere. Hoping you find your friend soon. Hugs to you, CherryPie
Thank you Anyes, I hope I get to speak to them soon
I will be posting a close up of one of the arches in the next couple of days
*hugs* xx
As you know, Cherry, I an enamored by old ruins like this. It doesn’t hurt that they’re great photo ops.
I find them fascinating too, there is so much history in the stones
Imagine that at night.
Pretty spectacular I should think.
There’s a building similar to this in Colchester too.
It’s located right next to Colchester Railway station.
Can’t recall its name though…. Some kinda priory building too.
It sounds like you are rather fond of Colchester. I don’t recall having been there myself.

I doubt it.
Ah, silly me, I see hovering over it reveals it is indeed sunset, but where?
September too… so Whitehaven, Barrow in Furness? Southend??? I may have to go Google street viewing all up the coast until i find it
You were quite close in your first comment but not quite Cornwall…
After hovering you missed the final step – click
I was away with my work colleagues, were meeting up with other colleagues from the south and some guys in green at the tank museum in Bovington. We had to stay overnight and this was the nearest hotel to Bovington that wasn’t booked up!!
The photo was taken after we had booked into the hotel. Here are the rest of the photos I have uploaded from that evening.
I had always intended to go back, it was very beautiful.
