Love the quote – so much truth in it. And the color and light in these tulips is absolutely exquisite!

Thanks Marcie :-) I loved how the sunlight was shining through the Tulips, this is exactly how they looked on the day.

The photo is exactly as it came out of the camera, I have made no adjustments to it.

    good picture
looks like you are using a 3D camera :)

    ….and the quote?
Believe it or not that is the essence of David Bohm’s book-

That is exactly how the flowers looked on the day. The sun shining on them made them look a little surreal and not of this world ;-)

When I showed Mr C the photo, his comment was that they looked like they had been Photoshopped in (he knew that hadn’t been)…

      The quote and your link:

Everything is connected, but most people don’t understand that because the natural instinct is categorise things to make them more easy to understand, or feel comfortable with, it leads to a disconnect…

People in the ‘industrialised world’ have forgotten the key to life…

    Stunning post!

It’s a beautiful way to think of all those seeds and bulbs germinating deep inside Mother Earth, just waiting for expression!

Plus somewhere in that mix is the soul.

Sadly, perhaps, I almost always disagree with the sentiments of your Thought for the Week. I am clearly built very differently from you and most of your commenters, it seems. But I enjoy contemplating them, then quietly shaking my head (mostly). Funnily enough though, I am somewhat an admirer of David Bohm’s speculations, though I think I interpret them very differently from JD.

Life would be boring if we all agreed with each other. My most recent quotes have been taken out of books I have read, one of the books was about theoretical physics.
