Hmm… Sometimes. But there are many with sad stories that would convince that quote is very far from a universal truth.
Nice geraniums though.
The quote also leads to wondering what love actually is…
A question that still troubles me.
the geranium pots add a welcome splash of colour
They looked rather splendid on those windowsills
Such a cheerful presentation!
Thanks Claude
Oh yes, I agree, Cherry. And geraniums beget geraniums.
In this case they do seem to
Aye and the opposite too.
It is best not to focus on the opposite.
This is so sweet.
Thanks Frida
I dislike the smell of geraniums but their colour is so rich. These are beautiful.
Perhaps I would like them less if I had a sense of smell…
Zonal Pelargoniums. I love them.
Haven’t heard of them ?

Woops! Sorry that link is a wee bit long.
A lot of people get ‘geraniums’ and ‘pelargoniums’ mixed up, but as an old ‘wrinkly’ I may be out of date and they have been re-classified? When I was a nipper my Dad taught me that ‘geraniums’ were hardy and stayed out all year, whereas ‘pelargoniums, zonal or plain, were tender and had to brought indoors during the winter.
Cheers….Unc B.
ps. I know very little about ‘drawing’ love.
I didn’t realise there was a difference between the two… There are some lovely blooms in that link
As to drawing love, it think it depends on how you define love…
I love these geraniums and the colors in the window sills.
I am glad you like them
