I’ve read the quote now several times, Cherry, to get my mind around it. It’s true. The forest is made up of the individual trees….
Definitely a meaty quote to make one think!
What I find marvelous is that each one, even from the same source, is totally unique. Not one tree, not one leaf, not one snowflake, not one grain of sand, not one star, not one living being is similar to the other.
Magnificent photo, Cherie.
Thank you
Nature is so amazing and so fascinating.
Bit over my head, that one.
Bless
A fine photo but I am wondering about the double moon. A photo taken through double glazing allowing one moon to make two, just to fit the quote, sort of, maybe…
I saw the quote and liked it. I remembered I had the perfect photo to go with it
A lot of the photos of ‘My Oak Tree’ are taken through the upstairs (double glazed) window. It gives the best perspective. At night if the moon is visible it gives a twin moon. I could photoshop out the twin, but I rather like the effect
Nothing more stunning than a sharp detailed silhouette against a clear sky backdrop.
This tree never ceases to amaze me. It is beautiful in all seasons.
