Hi Cherie, that is very interesting. I love Art in the garden. You need a lot of money to buy them.
Sigrun
I was rather taken with some of the art I didn’t realise that it was for sale.
These are good, good as in fabulous.
Love the ballet-dancer, what a grace and wonderful lines.
I wish I hadn’t cut the dancers hand off. The sun was so bright I couldn’t see all of what I was photographing.
they are all beautiful Cherie… my favorite sculpture is the mother and child….peter:)
It does rather stand out
photographic excellence once more…..
clicking wonderful!
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed them
Well, the blue “tulips” are more original than the red “poppies” in the Tower.
Don’t you think so?
More original but I don’t like them any more than I do the poppies in the moat
Hmmmm, you’ve put up some great art over the years but think I might pass on these ones, Cherie.
Maybe I will find just the right thing with my next art posting
The longing, the longing.
I may have missed it but did you cover the garden of rooms?
No… That is tonight’s post but I have got side tracked and not posted it yet LOL
You must have been reading my mind
It is to be my last post from my Winchester journey…
some excellent art work, i really liked the one of the bird perched on the shoulder. i wonder what does the rope stand for?
I wondered about that too. The thing that springs to mind is oppression versus freedom.
Well taken shots and some interesting exhibits with talking points.
Thank you
i love pic of the flowers. They are not real though, right? One looked lilke glass.
I also love the sculptures. I love sculptures.
It didn’t get very close to them but I think they are glass.
