Queen Elizabeth II is still young at heart and brings a message of hope for the future and history of the wars that ended and those that threaten us today.
it was a wonderful message and here in Canada we remember that she is still our Queen as well….peter:)
I admire Queen Elizabeth, she is a special lady
Great inspiration and bless the Queen. Will post her speech on facebook.
Coffee is on
I am glad you enjoyed it
I listened to the speech and I am impressed by the Queen, always have been. Being that old, having that much ‘land to cover’ try to keep everybody happy… is not easy.
I read a nice story just now in the ‘Daily Mail Online’.. very extended article even with explanation of what she whore, the painting are and the pictures on the desk, taken when and where.
There is a hoax also going around that the Queen might have said: Enjoy your last Christmas… for she fears that we wont make it to the end of 2016…
I hope she lives long enough to celebrate her 90th birthday. What a celebration that will be. We are going to Malta in April 2016. I think I know why she loves it there.
BTW my brother is a Canadian citizen, so it is his Queen too…
That sounds like a very nice article about the Queen. She is a lady I admire
I am sure there are some big celebrations planned for her 90th Birthday.
It was great to still be listening to her Majesty after so many years
It was a touching speech.
Happy Christmas!
Thank you and the same to you.
She is a remarkable Lady.
She is
As I age I admire our Queen more for her unflinching grace and calm no matter what.My favourite royal though was Diana whom I absolutely loved for her charitable works and kind heart. No one will ever replace my Diana.
What do you think of Camilla, Cherie?
I don’t really have an opinion on Camilla.
