I need that quote for this week, Cherry…for more reasons than you can imagine (one of which is the political stuff going on in America right now!). (sigh)

Love the light and the left ’star’ of light peeking thru. Light is the most important thing we have and it makes us look to the world at a different angle.
Everything brightens up. Wonderful quote and great picture to go with it.
Have a great rest of the week.

It is an interesting quote when you consider what light is – vibration in an electromagnetic field, so vibration of a phenomenon that when un-vibrated is dark. The darkness is what actually creates the light, the two being irrevocably interconnected. Perhaps you cannot actually “give light” to the dark, but you can make light out of the dark by shaking it up a bit. Scope for some metaphoric thinking there. (The image, of course, is wonderful)

That simple phrase sums up your thoughts on electromagnetics and light and dark, when the metaphore is understood :-)
