The Mock Orange in our garden is looking spectacular this year despite the wind trying to do its worst with the blooms.
I am sorry for the low quality of the image, I had to take it through my upstairs window so as not to disturb the baby Pied Wagtail that had taken up residence on our garden path for the afternoon. Occasionally he(or she) was fed by one of his parents but he was reluctant to fly from his temporary home.
Hopefully I will get chance to take a proper photograph of the Mock Orange tomorrow…
Fun to see that young life in your garden, Cherry
I am not familiar with the Mock Orange, I will google it.
The little chick was there most of the afternoon
We have trained the Mock Orange to branch out higher up and not lean over the garden.
