… followed by ‘fine dining’ at chez nous
Fish goujons on ciabbata for lunch at Essington Farm Shop followed later in the day by ‘Fine Dining’ (steak au poivre) at chez nous.
I removed the top layer of ciabatta. It only needed one layer of bread for perfect indulgence.
Obviously, the palates of you and Himself enjoyed a flavourful day.
The peace of the night.
Mr C’s lunch (not pictured) was a hot pork roll.
So between us enjoyed our flavourful day
Fish and salad are fresh and delicious, so yes one half of the roll is plenty. What type of fish did you use?
We enjoyed lunch out in a nearby cafe. The fish in the posh fish goujons they served was cod.
The evening meal was one of our own creations.
>only needed one layer of bread for perfect indulgence.
Then I am sure you will like Scandinavian open sandwiches.
PS: I hope you fed the other half to the ducks.
I love open sandwiches
The ducks were nowhere in sight.
Both lunch and dinner look and sound good
All the best Jan
Both were tasty
Mmm, looks delicious! I wonder what they season those potatoes with, they look yummy!
The potatoes were cooked by Mr C, they are seasoned with dried herbs.
