The 1st Duke’s greenhouse is one of the oldest in England and he used to grow oranges, lemons and myrtles inside it. The 4th Duke moved it to it’s present location and it is currently used to grow prize-winning camellias.

Chatsworth, which is the home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, was every bit as good as I remembered it although due to the lovely weather it was very busy.

I have been having a nice day out and about enjoying the sun (I ordered it especially).
There were a few food challenges along the way but I managed not to succumb to the lure of naughty cakes
