To bear, or not to bear, that is the question.

Fish Goujons on Ciabatta

Fish goujons on ciabbata for lunch at Essington Farm Shop followed later in the day by ‘Fine Dining’ (steak au poivre) at chez nous.

I removed the top layer of ciabatta. It only needed one layer of bread for perfect indulgence.

Autumnal Pathway

As we arrived at Hodnet Hall it started to rain. This didn’t matter as we intended to have lunch before going for a walk. Lunch, as always was delicious and the rain had stopped by the time we were ready for our walk.

The rain fall had enhanced the vibrancy of the garden colours leading to our walk being especially enjoyable.

Much later in the afternoon the heavens opened which meant we got a bit soggy walking to and from a family visit.

The pumpkin patch has now been harvested and the cabbages look delicious.

As I started my walk the rain set in so I wasn’t able to take many photos. Back at the car, after my walk the rain eased off to almost nothing!
