The Sun Rises

I thought I would take advantage of this rather nice sunrise instead of my usual sunset pictures. I think I was really just using delaying tactics on my first day back to work after the Christmas break.  My car needed scraping and the door was a bit frozen up causing me to struggle to open it. I nearly ended up flat on my back in the middle of the front lawn, wouldn’t that have been a treat for the neighbours ;-)   The sunrise was a lot more interesting than work was and the office was rather chilly all morning.

There was a bit of excitement with the air ambulance hovering near to the local shopping centre, we wondered if there had been a crash but sadly we found out later that someone had thrown themselves off the multi story car park.  I also learned that one of my colleagues from the Shropshire Action Group had passed away just before Christmas.
