    This would make a good shot for a horror flick with those ominous clouds behind the ruins.

      I have just finished editing the photos I took whilst I was there. Some of them are just asking for a little artistic tweak which I am sure I will have fun with :-)

      This one has a lovely atmosphere and the contrast between the sun and the rain-clouds made it quite spectacular today. The only thing that was missing were the artists sitting painting. I suppose the occasional showers had put them off.

        if you are painting in watercolours the showers are a bit of a nuisance
        :)
        but with my paintings the showers tend to improve things

    i can feel the stillness in that pic. nice profile pic, btw! (i remember the first time I saw it. i also like the way the arch of your feet follows the same line as the ornaments on either side)
