…Cup Cake Heaven
Earlier in the day I had noticed a perfect shop for morning coffee, but I was overruled and told that it wasn’t the right time for morning coffee. I did however manage to work my way back there for afternoon tea
The shop is associated with a hand made chocolatier of over 30 years. The drinks are served with home made chocolates and the hot chocolate drink is served with real chocolate too.
I have to confess to succumbing to a cup cake, although it did have meringue on the top rather than butter sugar cream
PS: The days walking tallied up to 9 miles and I ended up with sore feet, I think the treat was well earned Later in the day everyone else was in bed by 10pm!!
Temptation indeed!
It was delicious
I would even go to ten miles for that treat…How could one resist? I’m drooling here!
You must be very restrained if you are not drooling
That is most certainly temptation.
Oh yes
Owroawoar rrroworoarrow rowoar rowoor!
Dino, I thought you had gone off adventures…
Mwoaroroorawar! Roworarrr…
I remember that place, but we walked on past it. Our loss was your gain
Another good reason for you to go back
It sounds like you were well-justified in having a cupcake, Cherie!!!
I certainly earned enough activity points to use up on the cake
wow what a fab looking shop , i do so love a real cake /tea/coffee shop
It was great
Am so glad I live in the country now – I’d never be able to walk right past that shop The coffee/tea looks mighty tempting too…
I think the experience would only be fun as an occasional treat
They have such pretty delicacies on the continent. Sometimes they don’t taste as good they look though I find – but yours does look very yummy.
This one did taste as good as it looked
