I have been away for a long weekend in Kent and I have been enjoying a lazy day. That is if you can call sorting out all my photographs from the weekend being lazy…
The weekend itself was quite relaxing and I managed to take in a couple of places of interest. Leeds Castle and the National Maritime Museum where I managed to put my new camera through it’s paces. I am just about getting the hang of some of the settings and where they are hiding, but there is still so much for me to learn
I’m looking forward to seeing your photos. What camera is it that you have again Cherie?
Thanks Jams
My new camera is a Panasonic Lumix G2 (micro 2/3 format).
The photo in this post is direct from the camera without any adjustments.
Artistic photography now, Cherie.
I used to do a lot of arty shots. I am now trying to get focused to get back into them
Ah, a lazy day, dream on, I think. And yes, I like the artistry too.
It will be the last for me for a few months….
Our mutual friend H.I. calls it a “thinking day” I believe
He is obviously a lot wiser than me
I feel my thoughts refreshed already
I love that kind of self-portrait, Cherie. Did anyone mention sexy legs?
HA! We actually had a long weekend, too, taking Friday off to go pick up my 5-year resident permit extension near Den Haag. That took all of 30 minutes or less but we spent the rest of the day at the Scheveningen beach. Just what the doctor ordered. And yes, I’m still working on the photos.
No one has mentioned sexy legs, until now at least
Your long weekend sounds fun
I am looking forward to seeing those photos
