Baddesley Clinton – Glasshouses

The glasshouses are Victorian, one contains two surviving Black Hamburg vines and the others are used to store house-plants and more tender bedding plants.

    I like your composition Cherie….it looks as though it had been build a long time ago….great stonework around its base….i like it….peter:)

    We call these greenhouses in the States, Cherie, but by either name, we always know there will be something lovely inside.

      I call them greenhouses too, but for some reason all the properties and gardens I visit call them glass houses. Is that a posh name for a greenhouse? ;-)
