Excuse me…I’m drooling again, CP.
Again? When was the last time
I like the detail in this shot Cherie…. the brass is well polished…. you have framed this very well… i was born next to a railway yard and went to sleep the the chug – chug of the locomotives every night…..peter:)
I have lived next to a railway too. I loved the various noises, except for the express train that didn’t stop at the station. That noise was very disruptive.
The noisy freight trains that passed by in the night never woke me up, not even once.
When it was quiet I could hear the trains approaching, even when they were quite a distance away. It was quite therapeutic.
Women and machines.
That’s the new mix, C.
Best not let me loose on machines, who knows what might happen
Such exquisite detail in this. Love the light!
Thank you
I took two photos, one with and one without flash. This is the one where I used the flash, I like the way it obscured the background and highlighted the details.
It’s not quite what I expected to find on your page here but inspiring nonetheless.
I like to surprise occasionally
