    Hi Cherie… two steeples must be better than one… as for the woolen underwear… if it doesn’t shrink it is better than the ones that i had when i was young… we had to put them on right out of the wash and run around to let them dry…Lol….peter:)

    Well, I’d really be eager to know what connection there is between those steeples and the underwear. Might that be a trademark?

      A couple of us were chuckling at what the connection would be and it was suggested to us that it was the two spires of Lichfield Cathedral and the underwear was made in Lichfield. So they used the towns icon in the advertising.

      I haven’t done any research so I don’t know if that is correct or not…
