Young Aristotle was smart. That little bee seems happy enough!
A very happy bee indeed
That’s so true.
How you see this world can affect how you feel.
That is also true
Ah… a quote I can agree with, and that’s what makes happiness so damn hard to sustain sometimes, in my experience. Maybe someone else could take charge of it for me?
I think that is why happiness is difficult for everyone. Some people are able to work at happiness better than others.
You have a busy little bee captured with nice selective focus Cherie… lovely close-up….peter:)
I am not to sure I have the colours quite right…
Isn’t that the truth…which, I see, has been around for a long time and yet we still need to be reminded of it!
The thoughts are there for us to see
Wow, very beautiful picture.
Thank You
Y-E-S-S-S!! And – what a gorgeous image to accompany the quote!
We have to remember
Thats beautiful, me and George where at Dudmaston Hall on Saturday! and mom went back on Sunday to take some photos!!! we have a blog post going up about our visit later in the week:)
Anyway I’m hear to say Thank You for my Birthday Wishes
Love and Hugs Tess xxx
I look forward to your Dudmaston post, I visited just a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t get to venture too far into the grounds because I was visiting with someone who had a poorly foot…
I do have one or two photos from the day though.

… and on our connection with our Maker.
Which also means it depends on ourselves…
“Happiness depends upon yourself”, laughed the rapists, and setting fire he added, “and upon your connection with your maker, ha ha ha …”
Does everyone think, the victim of such a bastard would consider Aristotle a wise man?
I would say the rapists aren’t happy that is why they do what they do…
As to the victims of the rapists (we are all victims of some injustice or other)… They have two choices. Let the incident rule their life or move on (happiness depends on yourself). Obviously it is not that easy in practice…
And ‘Mother Nature’ is a great healer
This does deserve no more nitpicking.
The peace of the night, CherryPie.
I wish you the peace of the night too
