    I found your article at Vision and Verb very interesting, Cherie. And especially so, as we shutter-chancers from the south visited Ironbridge on the way home after meeting you at Blists Hill

      That photo was taken a week before Ginnie told me that she was going to visit Blists Hill Museum. I was going to go to Blists Hill on that day but I wasn’t sure about the weather, so I visited Ironbridge instead…

    Lovely display of iron work. I’m another who has been so near and yet so far from this place.
    One day I may get the opportunity to rectify that although usually my path & subsequent destinations seem to be marked out for me.

      My school was next it, so the only history I got to learn about was the industrial revolution. It is a pretty amazing piece of engineering though :-)
