After watching Skyfall I realised just how clever the words of this song were in context with the movie.

What an excellent movie SkyFall is!!! I’ve seen every Bond movie (as everyone else has), and loved them all. The last 3 have been a “step up” from earlier ones. Daniel Craig makes an excellent 007 and the stories have had a little more substance to them. I loved the way they brought in things from the past, from “Bond, James Bond, stirred martinis, to the amazing Aston Martin. Adele does an amazing job on the song too. I’m going to miss Judith Dench, she is a marvelous actress. All in all, a great film. Have a nice weekend. Mickie

It was a very clever film it tied everything in from the past and at the same time left it open for the next episode. Yes Judie Dench is a great actress.

I hope you have a good weekend too :-)

Never got the magic of Bond, have missed most of the movies but I get the gist, I think. I mean, you can’t have lived and not seen at least some of these films.

And I listened to this and thought: hmm, I’ve heard this before, too many times. And then Adele sings and adds a whole new dimension. I do love that voice. Maybe I should go to see the film, just to hear her sing. But then again, what will I do on Christmas Day for the next five years when it’s all that is on offer. Maybe I can wait.

Adele does have a wonderful voice and I keep listening to the words :-)

Maybe you should wait if you are not into Bond. There are some cheesy Bond puns in there linking the film to the past. But I don’t think you have to be a Bond fan to enjoy this one, it is a good action movie.

I have just bought this for my 9-year-old Grand-daughter – I can see why she likes it so much. Probably wants to dance ot it
