Wow, that’s a beauty! So many shades captured. Wonderful.
Thank you
I had to be very patient to get this photo. Mr C strode out in front of me and stood under the red tree for many minutes taking photographs!! Totally oblivious to the fact that he had walked in front of my photo, until he turned round after he had finished his lengthy photo-shoot and said.
‘Oh!! Sorry I didn’t realise you were trying to take a photo’
Me: I doesn’t matter, but I hope I didn’t miss the perfect light that I saw.
The irony of that is I didn’t miss my perfect light and the photo I went on take under the leaves of the tree later was apparently what he saw in his minds eye, but didn’t manage to capture in his photos.
I don’t particularly like leaf photo I took and think that his photos of that were much better than mine
Oh, how lovely, Cherie.
Thank You Welshcakes
The last of the colour, Cherie? Here there is virtually none left
It is on its last legs here too!
Beautifully composed picture, Cherie.
Thank you
Phew! Did you take this photo today, CherryPie?
A beautiful image, anyway.
It was taken on November 3rd this year.
I am glad you like it
I love how the color has seemed to linger on and on this year…for you, too, I see. YAY. And I love your story about your husband, as told to Don.
The colours were spectacular this year, they more than made up for the dreary summer
Colourful enchantment…
It was a special place with the light as it was just there, in that place and on that day.
Cherie, Your fall colors are lovely. I’m always sorry to see the leaves fall and the trees to become bare.
Thank you
I always love the time when some leaves are on the trees and some are on the floor beneath. I love to walk through those leaves and feel them whisp about as I walk through them
Gorgeous shades.
I am glad you like them
That is a fantastic shot! Well done on capturing it.
Thank you, I am glad you like it
