1933 Riley

The prompt for this weeks theme was:

With ‘Vintage’ we are aiming to capture the feeling of dated, old, or classic. An alternative to that would be to edit a photo to give it a vintage feel.

The ‘Vintage’ gallery can be found here.

I see no reason to edit such a wonderful capture of the hood ornament on a classic vintage automobile Cherie…

There are no edits to this photo. This is how it came out of the camera.

I am portraying ‘classic’, which I think this car is :-) They certainly don’t make cars like this any more!

Hi Cherie, Sorry to be away for so long but……
I’ve had computer problems since late January. :(
My main Pc is still away being sorted’ and as I’ve missed everybody so much – I’ve bought myself a new laptop to get back into things again,
Well – Vintage? You cannot get more vintage than I.
I of course, feel that vintage is (nearly) always better, Who for instance would turn down a fine bottle of vintage wine for some vin nouveau?
As with vintage cars and vintage women,
Who could possibly want anything nouveau?
    Cheers,,,,,,,Unc B xx

It is lovely to hear from you again :-)

I am sorry you have been having computer problems. I missed you, but I thought you were busy…

I bought myself a laptop a while ago (I am using it now). I always got withdrawal symptems when my main PC was throwing a wobbly for one reason or another!

      Vintage = Classic = Classy

As you say who could want anything other than that ;-)

      XX
