This street art is quite a contrast the Metropolitan gardens that are close by. Pictures of the gardens can be seen here.

Oh! I DO like that, CP.
Thank you, I am glad you like it
Interesting and beautiful scene. And thank you for the link to the magnificent garden.
This scene surprised me as I turned the corner out of the garden. I am glad you like the link to the gardens
Contrast, true…but not at odds with it. In fact, it looks like the black and white portrait of the man is pensively looking beautiful flowers.
His expression – pensive? Regretful?
Who can say, only the photographer knows – because it’s the photographer’s eye that caught the “story” from that angle;)
Excellent, C
Thank you
I am not quite sure if he was looking at the flowers or he had his beady eye on me
Everyone walked off an left me whilst I was taking this photo because they didn’t see anything of interest in it…
Lovely juxtaposition.
Thank you
Street art or vandalism, eh?
That depends upon your point of view and or where it is
He looks like he is keeping an eye on things. To me, he appears a little sinister.
He could be there to stop the vandals…
very nice.
Thank you Jules
