  1. “Librarian and Keeper of the Muniments”

    A fine title

I thought so too. It is what that plaque on the door says. I was very curious as to what was behind those heavy doors…

      • Books, Muniments, and a Keeper, may I suggest?

For if the Keeper stayed apart from that which he was meant to keep, then he wouldn’t be much of a Keeper, would he?

But perhaps he has failed in his task, and nothing has been kept… not even the merest mote of a Muniment. Hmm.

I am suspecting that there he might have failed in his task!! But as I didn’t get a glimpse behind the doors… I do not know for sure…

A very fine thought for the week that would make.

I think I will abstain on that one… You would most likely get the urge to research me on (the not always accurate) Wiki to see if you liked me (or not) before deciding what you thought about my (own) quote ;-)

      • I DID research you on Wiki, which with unquestionable accuracy says: “Cherry pie as a dish enjoys a strong history in the United States and is often regarded as a “great American dish” and “cherry pie is also known in other parts of the world [and] is a very popular treat”

Wow! You have quite a reputation lady
