  1. Ha :) So does this tree bear the fruits of wisdom? :)

  2. “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die…”

So… if the plan was that nobody should eat of it then things went way off plan early on. Sounds like a silly plan to me (in a metaphorical tale, of course). But then… they didn’t die did they, at least not that day as promised… Some continuity problems in this tale. needs a good edit.

Lovely photo. Did you take it, Cherie?

As a Gemini, Cherry, I understand this, HA! (The twins!)

I don’t really understand the words, but I do love the picture. I think I might have a bite out of the fruit from the tree of knowledge…maybe it helps…..

It is a philosophical/spiritual concept which probably needs some explanation for it to make sense.

      • I just took it to mean that our knowledge can be used for good or for evil. Most forms of knowledge open up opportunities in both these directions.

I am assuming Zohar did not know about wave-particle duality.

Your quotes always stimulate some thoughts.

        • I mean The Zohar, the text, not a person. Assuming that is the Zohar it is from, and not eh… Danah Zohar or any other Zohar…

I took the quote to mean the same thing also.

As to theoretical physics, those theories express and explore the same thing as the old philosophers. The physicists come up with the same conclusions and questions…
