You have no idea how this speaks to me today after Mother’s Day yesterday, Cherry. I was feeling sorry for myself that my two children hadn’t reached out to me on such a special day. Later they did…but I was ashamed that I hadn’t reached out to them first, telling them how proud I was that they were my children! (sigh)

To mothers everywhere: may you get beautiful flowers too. :)

To those who have not been blessed, remember Elizabeth, who was blessed at the same time as Mary and despite having given up all expectation.

  6. Those tulips are incredible with the light shining through…and you chose a lovely quote as well.

  7. Astrid says:

Incredible light on those tulips. In your backyard? I love the quote. Love others and you will be loved (if not, that tells more about the other than about you)
