What fruit or nut is the last photo? Does it grow in the wild?
It is a fruit rather than a nut and it is growing in the wild. However I am not sure what tree it is growing on.
It looks like a gorgeous walk! I was very pleased to do a long walk two weekends ago as the weather has been rather unpleasant since then!
The recent weather has put me off walking. I am missing my walks.
Two storms within two weeks?
That’s a new record!
I don’t know if it is or not. I haven’t researched it.
Neither of the storms were as bad as the one I experienced in Northumberland just over a year ago.
The flooding however is something that hasn’t been seen to this level for a long time. A local resident said for 50 years.
Storm Ellen is coming soon!
Surely Ciara, Dennis and Ellen can make a new record now.
We will have to see what Ellen brings. Hopefully a puff and a wimper.
