    In the middle of winter here, and locked down with coronavirus, my dreams anticipate water, boats and gorgeous sunshine.

      We have had slight easing of lock-down which means we can travel further afield. England and Wales have different rules in place which can be a bit confusing when you live on the border between the two.

      Currently for me the Welsh guidelines make more sense and encourage people to take care of each other.
