Spouse and I lived in StAlban’s back in the 1970s, but have never visited since. Please remind me of how lovely it is
The Cathedral is amazing, so tranquil. The town… yes I could live there and feel comfortable
I’ve never been to that area so look forward to seeing the photos
We hope to go back and explore the things that are not open in the autumn and winter months.

Oops! I didn’t mean to be mysterious. We went to St Albans for my birthday. There are two ways of looking at it, it was either an adventure or chill out time. Or maybe a third way of looking at it, it could have been both.
No, it was me, I just didn’t get it lol. But actually I like it when you’re mysterious sometimes about where you’ve been/where you’re going in the future and we guess.
There used to be a kids show on public television here in America called “Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?” and you had to figure out where she was with clues.
So updated, we say “Where in the world is Cherry Pie?”
Well, I hope it was both fun and relaxing for you, or whatever you wanted it to be
It was fun and relaxing. The only holiday this year that went ahead as we had planned
