I had not heard of the story by Frank O’Conner but Google has given me some brief information on the story
I don’t ever eat red meat but I do love fish. Especially on weekends and holidays. Your salmon with goat’s cheese looks appealing.
I prefer fish, chicken and veggie dishes. Mr C’s preference is red meat.
So we have to compromise with our meal choices when dining at home.

NZ food is actually worse than UK food!
I tried their fish and chips, pies and curries.
UK thumbs up, NZ thumbs down.
Well… fish, chips and peas and pies are traditional UK dishes so I am not surprised they are better.
Curries are more interesting. They were introduced to this country and ‘Westernised’ to appeal to UK food tastes and fancies.
