Due to shopping a day earlier than usual we hadn’t yet visited our local butcher to purchase the meat to accompany our meal options for the next few days.
This led to ‘Fish Friday’ being ‘Fish Thursday’ and our Saturday curry night become ‘Curry Friday’.
We might be back on track by Sunday

It was and it is now on our list for future ‘Fine Dining’ at Chez Nous.
Indian food in Malaysia is much, much spicer than yours.
You must have very strong stomach to eat it.
I prefer mild spicey flavours leaving long lasting aromatic flavours on my tongue rather that intense heat that kills off all flavours.
